A Little Bit About Me

I was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I had a bit of a rough start in life, I was always in trouble as a youngster and found myself in jail often. I became addicted to opiates at age 14, I struggled with addiction, abuse and loneliness for a long time before I had the awakening to change my life. It all started with school and yoga, those two things changed my world. I started to address my trauma and find out who I really am. I now have so many interests and passions, I can't keep up so I started this blog! I hope you will follow my continuous journey.
